How long does processing and delivery take?
Once your order is processed, we ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Postal delivery can take up to 10 days but is often beyond our control; however, your order can be tracked and we will update you with any changes. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, you will qualify for 20% off your next order.
How can I check the status of my orders?
All orders are processed through USPS or USPS+ and can be tracked. You will also receive an order confirmation email with information on how to easily track your order. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us at sales@crystalsforacause.org.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, all of our products have a 14-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may email our support team at sales@crystalsforacause.org and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
How can I apply a promo code?
At checkout, view your order summary before purchasing. There, you can enter the promo code in the box and click “apply code”. Only one promo code per order, per customer - offers cannot be combined.
